A BAS is only as good as the books behind it. We prepare yours from reconciled Xero books, send it to you to approve, and lodge it with the ATO as your registered BAS agent.
Rushed numbers can mean paying too much GST, or too little and fixing it later. Late lodgement can attract penalties, and since 1 July 2025 the ATO's interest charges are no longer tax deductible.
Most small businesses lodge quarterly, and quarterly BAS is included in every package. If you lodge monthly, we can do that too.
See pricing →Overdue BAS is more common than you'd think. We bring your books up to date first, then prepare and lodge what's outstanding, and tell you plainly what's owed.
Catch-up bookkeeping →A BAS agent prepares and lodges your business activity statement and deals with the ATO on BAS matters for you. That covers GST, PAYG withholding and PAYG instalments.
For your BAS, a registered BAS agent is enough. For tax returns and tax advice, you need a registered tax agent, usually your accountant. Many small businesses use both, and we work alongside your accountant.
Quarterly BAS is included in all our monthly packages. See our pricing page for the details.
Access to your Xero file, and any receipts or invoices that aren't in it yet. We'll tell you if anything is missing.
Book a consultation and tell us where your books are at. We'll give you a fixed monthly price that includes your BAS.
